Stork Rental Questions
How long can I rent the Stork?
At this time we offer 4 or 7 days for the stork rentals. Please call us to check availability for extra
rental days, an extra charge will apply.
Can I buy a keepsake and have it shipped?
Yes you can buy keepsake stars, and have it shipped. Please contact us for details!
Do you offer a discount for twins, baby showers?
Yes, call for details. Gift Certificates are also available.
Reservation and Payment Questions
How much advance notice do you need to reserve a stork?
We request a 24 hour advance notice. We will try to fulfill same day delivery requests, as long as,
inventory is available for the requested timeframe. Once we have your order request, we will call
you to confirm availability. Payment secures your reservation.
How can I pre-order if I don't know when the baby will be born or the gender?
Our storks are on a first come first serve basis, however the earlier you reserve the stork the
better we have to accommodate you and it is one less thing you have to worry about. It is okay if
you don’t know the gender or when the baby will be born, by pre-ordering it will provide us most of
the information we need to get things ready. You can call us with the birth details, once the
baby's born and we can still deliver before they come home.
How do I place an order?
You may call us to place your order/reservation or download from our website. Once the
reservation form is completed, return it to us via e-mail, US mail, or drop it off at our store. As
soon as we receive your order we will call to confirm and process your order. (see When is
payment due below.)
When is payment due?
Payment is required when we call to confirm your order. We cannot hold a reservation without
payment.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express or cash, for all rentals. We accept Cash, Check,
Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Payment is due before the display is delivered.
